Edelweiss Clean and Bright Housekeeping is a fast-growing and highly-rated and recommended cleaning company in Northern Colorado.
We are growing our team and looking for an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Team Lead to join us! No experience is necessary, but we're looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, positive, friendly, professional, and has excellent people skills.

A team lead would also take on additional responsibilities:
- Ensure jobs are started and completed on time
- Ensure the crew has necessary cleaning supplies (provided at our shop)
- Maintain a positive and upbeat work environment
- As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a fun, flexible, and happy team, and our goal is to make every customer satisfied and be excellent in everything we do.
Work Location
- We're based in Windsor, but serve homes throughout Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Windsor, Timnath, Severance, Loveland, Greeley). Team members are expected to have their own transportation and be able to drive themselves to their job locations.
Pay & Benefits
- $15.50 / hr minimum pay. Team lead role pays more!

We offer competitive pay, with a raise upon review at 90 days. Thorough training is included, both on and off the job, and part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
